CLUB TRAVEL TEAMS 

The Club Travel Team Program is designed to provide Chemung County and the surrounding areas an opportunity to practice and compete together all summer. Practices are designed to provide more emphasis on positional work, technique, and fundamentals that often get lost during the spring season. However, team concepts and game preparation will also be addressed in practices as well as competitive opportunities with the tournaments that will showcase the individual and team growth of the program.

LEvels:

• 5/6 Team (2027/2028 Grad Years)

• 7/8 Team (2025/2026 Grad Years)

• JV Team (2023/2024 Grad Years)

• Varsity Team (2021/2022 Grad Years)

*Players are eligible to play up a level at the discretion of the directors.

8v8 Big Horn Fall League

Description: If tournaments are not possible in NYS, and with the constant changing of states on the mandatory quarantine list, we feel this is a GREAT Plan B for our fall program if we need to move to it.  8v8 lacrosse is a great way for the boys to develop their skills and improve overall.  With less players on the field it means more touches and more involvement in the game, and ultimately more FUN!

*If numbers allow, we will draft teams and play two games each Sunday.

Sessions: (7) 8v8 Big Horn Fall League - Each Session will be 1.5 Hours (2 Games per age group)

Dates: 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8

8v8 Times: 5/6 & 7/8 (9:00-10:30 AM), JV & Varsity (10:30 AM-12:00 PM)

Location: Holding Point Recreation Complex (Horseheads, NY)
